Terms of Use
Important: Tuklass is a student workspace. Do not use it for highly sensitive or confidential communications. Authorized Tuklass administrators can access data stored in the service when needed to operate and protect it.
1. Agreement
By creating or using a Tuklass account, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Tuklass Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
2. Student accounts
You must provide accurate account information and use an account you are allowed to use. If your school, region, or applicable law requires parent or guardian permission for a student of your age to use this service, you should use Tuklass only with that permission.
3. Your content
You may store content such as messages, profile information and profile pictures, notes, documents, images, calendar entries, reminders, and study collections. You remain responsible for what you upload or send and for having the right to share it.
4. Administrator access to stored content
By using Tuklass, you acknowledge that authorized Tuklass administrators may technically access content and account data stored in Tuklass, including messages, profile information and profile pictures, notes and uploads, calendars, reminders, school/section information, and related metadata. Administrator access should be limited to legitimate purposes such as operating the service, providing support, moderation, investigating abuse or safety concerns, protecting security, maintaining backups or data integrity, and complying with applicable legal requirements.
5. Messaging
Messages are intended for communication inside Tuklass, but they should not be treated as end-to-end private or as a place for passwords, financial information, medical information, or other highly sensitive data. Message participants and authorized Tuklass administrators may be able to access stored message content.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or target other users.
- Do not upload malware, intentionally damage the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not post content you do not have permission to share.
- Do not use Tuklass for unlawful activity or to endanger another person.
7. School and class information
Tuklass may associate your account with a school and section so it can provide class schedules, class events, reminders, and other class-specific features. You should choose the correct school and section.
8. Availability and changes
Tuklass may change, add, suspend, or remove features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting, network, Google service, or other technical issues.
9. Account restrictions
Accounts may be restricted or removed for abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or when required to protect users or the service.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains what information Tuklass stores and how it may be used and accessed. It is part of the account-creation notice.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Tuklass changes. Material updates should be presented to users when reasonably practical. The effective date above identifies this version.
12. Draft status
These Terms are a product-policy draft and are not a substitute for legal advice. Before publicly launching Tuklass, especially if it will be used by minors or schools, the operator should have the Terms and Privacy Notice reviewed for the laws and school requirements that apply where Tuklass operates.
